Oh sure, the chavs are the victims here. DAMN THOSE CAPITALIST DOGS for corrupting littly johny. He could have been a physicist or a soldier but instead he's been twisted into an alcoholic, fight starting, rabble rousing thug. OH THE WORLD IS SO WRONG

It is you who is ignorant. The Labour fools in Downing Street have spent the last ten years giving them free money, opportunities to find work and get an education, but how many of those chavs have risejn to the occasion and bettered themselves? We need capitalism. It rewards the strong, the adaptive and the intelligent. Thugs are thugs because they are at the bottom. They are stupid so they can't make money and they are weak and cowardly so they will only attack one innocent citizen if they have a whole gang of thugs for backup.

Oh and by the way, the whip WILL change this. As I have already mentioned chavs are extreme cowards. They only go around committing crimes because we have become so civilised that we have simply forgotten how to deter crime. There's a nest of chavs down the road from where I live. At first their kids brought their gangs around our neighbourhood to terrorise the law-abiding citizens who just want to lvie their lives in peace. Once us real people stood up for ourselves and got the police involved the chavs have been very obediant. Had we tried your tactic of giving them hugs they would still be speeding in their ****ty cars and throwing stones at peoples property.
